Ah, pumpkin season—a time of year when the air is crisp, and the world is painted in warm, golden hues. It’s the perfect moment to embrace the essence of fall with a slice of delicious pumpkin bread.

But what if you could whip up this fall favorite with just two ingredients? Yes, you can! In this blog post, we’re sharing the magic of our 2-ingredient pumpkin bread recipe, featuring organic pumpkin purée and cake mix, while also sprinkling in some tips and ideas to enhance your pumpkin bread experience.

Why This Recipe Works:

  • Convenience: The use of a spice cake mix eliminates the need to measure out individual dry ingredients and incorporates pre-mixed spices for that classic fall flavor.
  • Moisture: Canned pumpkin puree contributes moisture to the bread, keeping it soft and preventing it from becoming dry.
  • Deliciousness: The combination of these two ingredients creates a flavorful, aromatic pumpkin bread that captures the essence of autumn without the fuss.

The Magic Ingredients: Organic Pumpkin Purée and Cake Mix

  1. Organic Pumpkin Purée: The heart and soul of any pumpkin recipe, pumpkin purée infuses your bread with that classic pumpkin spice flavor. Opt for pure pumpkin purée, and if you’re feeling adventurous, consider making homemade pumpkin purée for that extra touch of organic goodness.
  2. Cake Mix: Our secret to a quick and easy pumpkin bread? Cake mix! I used spiced cake mix but you can also try yellow cake mix or white cake mix—your choice. The beauty of this recipe is that it eliminates the need for multiple dry ingredients like flour and spices, and it’s available in gluten-free cake mix options too.
