Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Whiskey
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 fresh Strawberries
  • 1 oz Honey Syrup or simple syrup
  • Fresh Mint for Garnish
  • Crushed Ice

Instructions

  • Add strawberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently.
  • Add lemon juice, honey syrup, and whiskey.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.
