Pickle De Gallo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dill Pickle small dice
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion small dice
  • 2 Jalapenos finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Dill minced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1/2 Lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp Pickle Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the diced pickles, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, dill, and garlic.
  • Add the lime juice, pickle juice, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and salt to taste.
  • Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days for even better flavor!

Notes

Choose the pickles you like to eat! I prefer the fresh, crunchy pickles in the refrigerator section at the grocery store.
