2cupsDill Picklesmall dice
1/2cupRed Onionsmall dice
2Jalapenos finely diced
1/4cupFresh Cilantro minced
1/4 cupFresh Dillminced
3Garlic Cloves minced
1/2Limejuiced
1tbspPickle Juice
1/2tspBlack Pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the diced pickles, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, dill, and garlic.
Add the lime juice, pickle juice, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and salt to taste.
