- 1/2 cup Mayo I like avocado mayo
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar Free Ketchup
- 2 tsp. Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Minced Dill Pickle
- 1 tbsp. Minced Onion
- 1-2 tsp. Pickle Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
In a medium bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar free ketchup, and mustard until smooth.
Add the minced pickles, onion, and pickle juice.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Whisk until fully combined. Adjust thickness with additional pickle juice if desired.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for ten to fifteen minutes before serving.
This sauce thickens slightly when chilled.
Adjust seasoning after resting for best flavor.
Store in an airtight container for up to seven days.
