- 1 stick Butter melted
- 1.5 cups Allulose or preferred low carb sweetener
- 1/2 cup Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks optional
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over low heat, then remove from heat.
Whisk in sweetener and cocoa powder until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla and whisk until glossy.
Mix in almond flour, xanthan gum, and salt. Add chocolate chunks if desired.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
Cool slightly before serving.
