3cupsDry White WineI prefer a Sauvingnon Blanc
16oz.Frozen FruitI love peaches but any fruit works
3oz.Elderflower or Orange Liqueor (St Germain, Grand Marnier, Triple Sec or Cointreau all work well here)
Extra Frozen Fruit for garnish
Fresh Mint or Basilfor garnish
Instructions
Add the chilled white wine to a blender pitcher.
Next, add in the elderflower or orange liqueur and the frozen fruit.
Blend until smooth and slushy consistency on high speed. Test taste and adjust the consistency with more fruit or wine if needed.
Serve in a wine glass or glass jar, garnish and enjoy!
