Ingredients

  • 3 cups Dry White Wine I prefer a Sauvingnon Blanc
  • 16 oz. Frozen Fruit I love peaches but any fruit works
  • 3 oz. Elderflower or Orange Liqueor (St Germain, Grand Marnier, Triple Sec or Cointreau all work well here)
  • Extra Frozen Fruit for garnish
  • Fresh Mint or Basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the chilled white wine to a blender pitcher.
  • Next, add in the elderflower or orange liqueur and the frozen fruit.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy consistency on high speed. Test taste and adjust the consistency with more fruit or wine if needed.
  • Serve in a wine glass or glass jar, garnish and enjoy!

Notes

Keep the wine chilled before adding for best results!
