Smoked Saltines

Ingredients

  • 2 sleeves Saltine Crackers
  • 8 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill

Instructions

  • Preheat the smoker to 225 F.
  • In a small pan, melt the butter on low heat. Stir in the worcestershire sauce and the dried spices and mix until combined.
  • Brush the top of each saltine cracker with the butter spice mixture and lay the crackers flat on a wire rack.
  • Place the wire rack onto the grill grate and smoke for 1 hour or until the crackers are golden brown.
  • Remove the saltines from the smoker and let them cool completely before serving and storing.
