Instructions
Prep the toppings: Prepare all of your ingredients based on which flatbread you are making in advance.
Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 375–400°F). Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Prep the Flatbreads: Brush both sides of the flatbreads lightly with olive oil. Place them directly on the grill for 1–2 minutes per side, just until slightly toasted with grill marks.
Add the Toppings: Remove the flatbreads from the grill. Spread an even layer of tomato sauce or pesto, add the cheeses, and any vegetables or toppings based on which flatbread you are making.
Finish Grilling: Return the topped flatbreads to the grill. Close the lid and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bottom is crisp.
