Ingredients

Base Ingredients (for all versions)

  • 3 store bought Flatbread Crusts or Naan
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for brushing

Margherita Flatbread Pizza

  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 6 oz. Fresh Mozzarella
  • 1-2 Tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Steak, Mushroom & Arugula Flatbread

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sauteed Mushrooms bella or cremini
  • 4 oz. Cooked Steak sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Arugula
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze for drizzling

Pesto, Peach, Prosciutto & Grilled Corn Flatbread

  • 1/4 cup Pesto
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 ripe Peach thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Proscioutto torn
  • 1/2 cup Grilled Corn

Instructions

  • Prep the toppings: Prepare all of your ingredients based on which flatbread you are making in advance.
  • Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 375–400°F). Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  • Prep the Flatbreads: Brush both sides of the flatbreads lightly with olive oil. Place them directly on the grill for 1–2 minutes per side, just until slightly toasted with grill marks.
  • Add the Toppings: Remove the flatbreads from the grill. Spread an even layer of tomato sauce or pesto, add the cheeses, and any vegetables or toppings based on which flatbread you are making.
  • Finish Grilling: Return the topped flatbreads to the grill. Close the lid and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bottom is crisp.
