Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
  • 3 Green Onions sliced thin and minced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce use a GF version
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Cajun BBQ Dry Rub or Old Bay
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  • Check crab meat for shells and pat the meat dry with paper towels. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix egg, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice, and seasonings.
  • Gently fold in crab meat and breadcrumbs.
  • Form into patties and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray crab cakes with oil.
  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
