This open-faced creation begins with a fresh, crusty baguette, generously spread with tangy cranberry sauce, providing a sweet and tart contrast. On top of this, creamy, melted Brie cheese adds a luxurious richness, beautifully complementing the cranberry's sharpness. The dish is crowned with crispy, thinly sliced prosciutto, offering a savory and salty crunch that contrasts exquisitely with the softness of the Brie and the fruitiness of the cranberry.

1cupCranberry SauceStore bought or Homemade
12slicesProsciutto
Honeyfor drizzling
Pomegranate Seeds(optional) for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place a piece of parchment paper on to a baking sheet.
Cut a large baguette of bread lengthwise so you have two halves and lay them cut side up onto the baking sheet.
Place about 1/2 cup of the cranberry spread (or any other fruit spread of choice) across the top of the bread on each halve.
Slice the wheel of brie into 1/4 inch thick strips and place them across the top of the cranberry sauce. Then add small torn pieces of the prosciutto over the top of the brie.
Place the baking sheet into the oven and cook for 8 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to the broiler setting and broil for 2 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy and the brie is melted.
Remove from the oven and let it sit 5 minutes before slicing into servable pieces with a sharp knife. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a honey drizzle and serve.
