Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Paprika or smoky paprika
  • 1 tbsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper I prefer a coarse ground
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Cayenne adjust for your spice preference
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder

Instructions

  • Combine all the spices together in a bowl. Whisk well to fully combine.
  • Store in a container in a cool dry place and use as desired (I recommend my blackened chicken recipe, blackened chicken salad, and my Cajun ribs).

Notes

No spice grinder? Just use a whisk and mix well.
