1loafCiabatta or French Bread halved
3cupsCooked Chickenshredded
1/2cupBuffalo Sauce
4ozCream Cheese softened
1/3cupRanch Dressing or blue cheese
1/4cupYellow Onion finely diced
1/4cupGreen Onionthinly sliced
1/2tspSalt
1/2tspBlack Pepper
1/2tspPaprika
1.5cupsShredded Cheddar
1.5cupsShredded Mozzarella
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place each one, cut side up onto the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, yellow and green onions, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until fully combined.
Divide the mixture evenly and spread onto each slice of bread.
In a second bowl, add the cooked chicken and buffalo sauce together and toss until combined. Place the chicken evenly across the tops of both slices of bread.
Next, combine the shredded cheddar and mozzarella and add about 1.5 cups across the top of each slice of bread.
Bake the buffalo chicken french bread pizzas for 12-15 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is fully melted.
Remove from the oven, garnish with a drizzle of buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, and green onions if desired. Slice into pieces, serve, and enjoy.
