- 2 oz. Fresh Apple Cider
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup or simple syrup
- 1/2 oz. Lemon juiced
- 4-6 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Ice

Muddle the Mint: In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves with the lemon juice to release the oils.
Add the Liquids: Pour in the bourbon, apple cider, and simple syrup (if using).
Shake: Add ice to the shaker and shake for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve: Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish: Top with an apple slice, mint sprig, or cinnamon stick and serve immediately.
