A festive fall low carb riff on a classic White Russian Cocktail. This pumpkin spiced inspired coffee cocktail is the perfect way to ring in the Autumn season and sip well into the holidays.
In a cocktail shaker combine the vodka and the coffee and pour into a rocks glass over ice.
In the empty shaker, combine the pumpkin spice syrup with the heavy cream and shake.
Use a spoon to carefully pour it onto the the top of the vodka and coffee mixture. Sprinkle a little fresh nutmeg over the top and serve with a cinnamon stick if desired.
