  • Start this cocktail off by muddling the mint leaves, cinnamon simple syrup, and lemon juice into a glass. Add the whiskey and the apple cider. Shake well over crushed ice to dissolve simple syrup and slightly dilute the mixture. Pour the cocktail the into a rocks glass over crushed or cubed ice. Garnish with an apple slice, mint sprig, or even a cinnamon stick.
