Add water to the bottom of a large pot and then cover with a steaming basket. Place on medium high heat and bring the water to a simmer.
Place the pulled pork onto one side of the basket and the hot dogs on the other side. Cover with a lid and steam about 6-8 minutes.
Assembly
Once the pork and hot dogs are heated through, place the hot dog buns on top of the meat. Cover with the lid again and steam an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove everything from the pot.
In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce into the pulled pork.
Place the BBQ pulled pork onto the open hot dog bun, then add a hot dog.
To one side add 2 tablespoons of coleslaw and 4 pickle slices to the opposite side.
Garnish with an additional drizzle of BBQ sauce over the top and enjoy.
