Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 16 oz. Jar of Sliced Pepperoncinis drained
  • 1 cup Pickled Jalapenos diced
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion diced
  • 1 Red Pepper diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mozarella shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Toated Bread, Crackers, or Tortilla Chips for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • In a pan over medium heat, cook the red pepper, onion, and minced garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, pepperoncini's, jalapenos, the cooked vegetable mixture, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and spices together and mix well until combined.
  • Pour into a baking dish or cast iron pan and bake until heated through, bubbly, and golden brown on top, about 40 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool briefly before serving with toasted bread, crackers, or tortilla chips and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust the spice level of the dip by including pepper seeds as desired.
