3cloves Fresh Garlic
Montreal Steak Seasoning
1tsp.Course Sea Salt
1/2tsp.Black Pepper
1/2tsp.Smoky Paprika

1tsp.Dried Rosemary
1/2 tspDried Thyme
Instructions
Begin by combining all the dried spices and seasonings together first in a bowl. Mix until fully combined.
In a glass bowl (I like to use a larger glass measuring cup for easy pouring) combine the olive oil, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Whisk in the seasoning mixture into the olive oil mixture and mix until one cohesive marinade.
Prep any steak or other meat you plan to marinade and place it in a plastic bag or storage container.
Pour the Montreal steak marinade over the meat and cover. Place in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight before cooking.
Notes
Double the seasoning blend and reserve 1.5 tablespoons for a dry rub for your steak after marinating if desired.
