Try this easy to follow recipe for homemade juicy, aromatic nuggets that closely resemble the beloved Chick-fil-A taste.

This recipe works best with boneless skinless chicken breast pieces. Remove them from the package and cube into even 1 inch pieces.

For maximum flavor and chick fil A taste, marinade in pickle juice brine for 3 hours or overnight (for best results).

After they have brined, discard the pickle juice and pat the chicken pieces dry. Season with olive oil and spices of choice (I like seasoning salt or an SPG rub).

For ease, I highly recommend threading the chicken pieces onto skewers. Space them evenly and do not over crowd for easy grilling.

Grill your chicken skewers over direct heat on the grill for 4-5 minutes per side, turning as needed. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165 F.

Remove the chicken from the grill. Set out your favorite sauces and dressings. I love a good honey mustard, bbq sauce, and buffalo.

Serve your grilled chicken nuggets family style for dinner or even as an appetizer for parties or game day.

I also love making mini homemade flaky biscuits. Add some honey or sauces and serve with the grilled chicken nuggets!
