Enjoy this crowd favorite recipe for chicken bacon ranch sliders! A perfect weeknight meal or game day recipe.

This is a super easy recipe that uses ground chicken. You can also make this with shredded precooked chicken too if you prefer.

The base of this recipe is ground chicken, ranch seasoning packet, shredded pepper jack cheese, and some mayo (it sounds strange but TRUST me you need it).

Use standard Hawaiian dinner rolls, cooked crispy bacon, thinly sliced red onions and sliced pepper jack cheese as well.

Start by taking the ground chicken and cooking it fully in a skillet with the ranch seasoning packet for flavor. Remove any excess liquid and remove it from the heat.

With the ground chicken off the heat, add in the mayo and shredded cheese and mix until its fully combined.

Place foil down with the sliced bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls over the center. Make sure the foil is sprayed with non stick spray as well.

Cover the bread base with the ground chicken and then top with four slices of crispy bacon. Make sure everything is evenly spread out across the rolls.

I like the bite of thinly sliced red onions paired with these sliders. If you do not like onion you can omit it (but it's delicious). Add it over the bacon.

Finish the sliders off by adding more pepper jack cheese by using full slices over the top. Place the top of the rolls back over everything and wrap it all in foil.

Bake in the oven or place onto a smoker until the cheese is melted and heated through. Do not use a baking sheet underneath the wrapped foil.

Let the sliders rest in the foil off the heat for about 10 minutes before slicing so the meat stays intact. Slice with a serrated knife.

Serve the sliders up with your favorite sides and some ranch or BBQ sauce for dipping. Get the full recipe details via the link below!
