BBQ Ranch Dressing

A simple, southwest inspired smoky dressing that you can pair with your favorite salads, spread on burgers and sandwiches, or use as a delicious dipping sauce!

Make this easily at home with a few pantry staple dried herbs and spices, sour cream, and your favorite smoky BBQ sauce!

Make the base of your Ranch seasonings by combining:Dried DillDried ParsleyDried TarragonDried ChivesOnion PowderGarlic PowderMustard PowderSalt and Black Pepper

Gather all your ingredients together to be mixed. You can keep this dressing thicker or thin it out slightly with milk or buttermilk if you prefer.

Start by combining the sour cream, your BBQ sauce of choice, and all the dried herbs together in a mixing bowl.

Whisk it thoroughly until combined. Taste test and adjust your BBQ sauce (if needed). Use a vinegar based BBQ sauce for best results!

If you prefer the dressing is a little more "smoky", add smoke smoked paprika to jazz it up. Avoid adding liquid smoke.

Add a tablespoon of milk at a time and whisk until you get the desired consistency that you prefer.

Store in a glass jar for up to 7 days in the fridge. I like to let it sit a few hours minimum before using as well for best flavor!

Pair this dressing with your favorite salad, over burger buns or on sandwiches. Use it with your favorite veggies or even on a pizza! Full recipe linked below.
