Ingredients

  • 6 cups Pork Rinds, chopped
  • 1 cup Mixed Nuts
  • 1 cup Cheese Whisps
  • 1 cup Diced Pepperoni or Jerky (Optional)
  • 6 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 225 F. Place parchment on a baking sheet and set it aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pork rinds, mixed nuts, and whisps.
  • Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, coconut aminos (or soy sauce), and spices together and whisk them well.
  • Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and fold everything together until evenly coated.
  • Bake in the oven and mix the dry ingredients every 15 minutes so it evenly cooks. After the 60 minutes, remove it from the oven and let it cool before storing.

Notes

Store in a plastic bag or air tight container for up to a week. Make it sweet by adding low carb sweeteners, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mixture for a different kind of snack!
