Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Pimms No. 1
  • Zevia Ginger Beer or Diet Ginger Ale
  • 1 Cucumber Spears
  • 1 Sliced Strawberry
  • 1 Lemon Wheel
  • 1 Mint Spring
  • Ice crushed

Instructions

  • 1. Add crushed ice to a tall glass.
  • 2. Pour in the Pimm's then top off with your ginger beer of choice.
  • 3. Stir the drink to combine the two and garnish with the cucumber spear, sliced strawberry, lemon wheel and mint spring and serve.

Notes

Zevia is a great 0 carb brand of ginger beer. You could also try a diet ginger beer or diet sprite or 7 Up.
