Zevia Ginger Beer or Diet Ginger Ale

Cucumber Spears

Sliced Strawberry

Lemon Wheel

Mint Spring
Ice

Instructions
1. Add crushed ice to a tall glass.
2. Pour in the Pimm's then top off with your ginger beer of choice.
3. Stir the drink to combine the two and garnish with the cucumber spear, sliced strawberry, lemon wheel and mint spring and serve.
Notes
Zevia is a great 0 carb brand of ginger beer. You could also try a diet ginger beer or diet sprite or 7 Up.
