A fun riff on a the classic recipe for a mint julep, this easy to make cocktails is topped with fizzy prosecco for the perfect cocktail to share with friends and family.
In a julep glass (or other glass of choice), add 1 mint spring and the simple syrup of your choice. Carefully, muddle the mint to activate the aromatics and the oils in the mint.
Add the bourbon and give it a quick shake over ice until chilled.
Add the crushed ice to the glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the cup then top off with the prosecco. Garnish with a mint spring and enjoy!
