Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz London Dry Gin
  • .74 oz Keto Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 6-8 Blackberries depending on size
  • 3 oz. Ginger Beer Zevia or diet for low carb
  • Mint lemon wheel, and blackberries for garnish
  • Crushed Ice

Instructions

  • Combine the gin, keto simple syrup, lemon juice and blackberries into a cocktail shaker. Muddle the berries and then add ice. Shake the cocktail mixture until chilled.

  • Double strain the mixture over crushed ice in your glass, then top with the ginger beer, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Swap the gin for rum or vodka if proffered!
