Instructions
Prepare the keto tortillas per the directions and set them aside. Prep any meat needed for the filling.
Lay one tortilla in front of you and place a few tablespoons of meat towards the front 1/3rd of the tortilla shell. Tightly but gently, roll the tortilla up (you do not need to close off the sides). It will naturally seal and stick together.
Preheat a pan to medium heat with a few teaspoons of avocado oil (you will not need a lot). Lightly brown the seam side down first, then rotate the flauta to brow the other side. Remove to a paper towel lined plate. I like to cook in smaller batches and they cook in under a few minutes each.
