  • 3 cups Shredded Smoked Pulled Pork
  • [10 Keto Corn Tortillas]
  • 3 Radishes sliced thin
  • 1 Jalapeno sliced thin
  • 1 Avocado sliced thin
  • 2 cups Shredded Red Cabbage
  • Sour Cream
  • Cilantro

Instructions

  • Smoke and cook your pulled pork as needed, see notes above for smoking and instant pot directions etc.
  • Make a batch of keto tortillas, place your pulled pork into the tortilla and garnish with the cabbage, avocado, radishes, jalapeno, sour cream, and a little cilantro.
