Simple combine all the ingredients into a small pot and stir until dissolved and mixed.
Allow it to simmer on low for about 5 minutes or so. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly. It can be used at this point over your favorite Chicken or Rib recipe etc. It does however taste better after the flavors develop over a 24 hour period and lasts up to 7 days in the fridge (longer if you freeze).
