For The Ice Cubes

Instructions
Take 2 cups of spiced apple cider and add it to an ice cube mold and freeze. This can take up to 12-24 hours. Plan ahead!
To a pitcher, combine the frozen apple cider cubes, the apple cider, the apple brandy, and the maple syrup. Blend until it's a slushy texture.
Rim a champagne glass with cinnamon sugar. Pour 2-3 oz. of champagne into the glass.
Top off the glass with the frozen apple cider slushy mixture and enjoy!
Notes
Store the pitcher of frozen apple cider slushy mixture in the fridge. You can make extra apple cider cubes as well to help keep things cool.
