“School” Supplies: – Muffin Tin – Muffin Liners – Large Mixing Bowl – Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer – Measuring Cups/ Spoons

Cream together the low carb sweetener, butter, pumpkin, and cream cheese. Then add the eggs.

Mix in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Mix up the keto candied pecan topping mixture. 

Fill a large muffin tin with the batter. Sprinkle on the topping as needed.

Bake until set and let them cool.
