Delicious smoked artichoke dip made on the grill! Serve this dip with your favorite chips or stuff it into a baguette and enjoy!

This is a simple one pan dip recipe. Grab all your ingredients and prep them. Make sure to remove excess water from the artichoke and spinach.

Combine all the ingredients into a ceramic cast iron pan or an aluminum foil pan. No need to mix ahead of time!

Smoke the artichoke dip low and slow at 250 F. for 2-3 hours. Stir every 30-40 minutes to mix everything together. Once Mixed, you can add additional cheese to the top.

The dip is finished smoking when the top is lightly golden brown and the dip is hot and bubbly. Remove at let cool briefly before serving.

I love sharing and serving this dip as is. It's great with sliced and toasted bread, pita chips, or tortilla chips.

If you want to make it stuffed into a baguette to serve, you also can! After the dip is smoked, slice around the edge of a sourdough baguette and remove the middle.

Fill the baguette with the smoked artichoke dip and top with some extra parmesan cheese and spices if desired.

Place it all back into the smoker and let it set for about 20-30 minutes. Just long enough to get everything to set up.

Remove and let the stuffed bread rest 5-10 minutes before slicing. Slice it into 1-2 inch pieces to serve and share.

Garnish with parsley and serve! These are a delicious party appetizer. Grab all the details linked below!
