My whole family loves this recipe. It comes together in 30 minutes with pantry staple ingredients too! Easy for any night!

Cooking Tools Needed: – Large Pot – Knife and Cutting Board – Two Forks (for shredding chicken) – Wooden spoon/ Spatula

Start by prepping your chili spices. I use chili powder, cumin, garlic and onion powder, salt, black pepper, and a little cayenne for heat.

Prep all your ingredients and get them ready for making your chili. Pre-dice all your veggies before cooking.

Start by sautéing the diced green and red peppers, onion, and jalapeno in a pot with olive oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes then add in the garlic.

Add in the can of fire roasted tomatoes and your seasonings. Mix everything together for a minute or two, then add the chicken broth.

Bring your mixture up to a simmer or slow boil. Add the raw chicken breasts into the chili mixture and allow it to cook through.

Once the chicken reaches 165 F. remove it from the broth mixture and shred it on a cutting board. Then place the chicken back into the chili.

Mix in the cream cheese to help thicken the mixture. You can add low carb black beans (black soy beans) as well if desired.

Serve your chili up once it thickens and garnish with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, and fresh cilantro.
