Start by prepping your squash. Microwaving is the best option for a quicker, 30 min meal.

Slice your flank steak against the grain into thin strips.

Slice your broccoli into pieces and set it aside. Prep your garlic and ginger and soy sauce or coconut aminos.

Sauté the beef in batches so it doesn't steam. Remove and cook the broccoli and onion. Then mix it all together!

Use a fork to scrape out the squash from the rind. If lots of liquid is present, use a cheese cloth or strainer to squeeze out liquid.

Place the squash in the pan or in a sperate bowl and then serve it with the beef and broccoli mix over the top if desired.
