What is a hot and fast method? Classic smoked ribs cook at around 225 F (often use the 3-2-1 method). These ribs cook at a higher 300 F. temp and take less time as a result.

Cooking Tools Needed: – Boning/Trimming Knife & Cutting Board – Paper Towels – Baking Sheet – Drip Pan – Tongs – Foil

Rib Prep: Start by removing the membrane, trimming any silver skin, and brining if desired.

Rib Prep: Coat your ribs in a binder (mustard is my go to) then add your favorite dry rub.

Cooking Tips: Get the ribs on a 300 F. grill. Use a lighter wood for smoking (pecan, cherry, apple, peach).

Cooking Tips: Speed up the cooking process by wrapping them tightly in foil after the bark sets.

Cooking Tips: Remove the foil the last 30 minutes of cooking to add sauce if desired.
