An easy, show stopping recreation of the classic crunchwrap supreme that you can make anytime.

Homemade Keto Crunchwrap 

Cooking Tools Needed: – Frying Pan – Small Pot – Spatula – Whisk – Baking Sheet – Parchment Paper – Rolling Pin (if making your own homemade keto corn tortilla dough) – Food Processor

Start by prepping your keto tortilla dough. You will need a larger shell and a smaller shell. I have a 1 net carb recipe for tortillas, or use store bought to simplify this recipe. 

You will also want to prep your cheese shell for the crispy inside taco layer. Use shredded cheese and bake until crispy and bubbly. Let cool and set aside. 

Prep your other ingredients - You will need taco meat, shredded lettuce, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. 

Start by taking your larger tortilla and spreading on a layer of the nacho cheese sauce. Use my smoked queso recipe here if desired!

Next, add a layer of your taco meat. Room temperature or cooled down meat works best for building your crunchwrap. 

Add the crunchy shredded cheese shell layer over the meat. It will add the crunch factor to the wrap without adding extra carbs!

Next, add a thin layer of sour cream over the cheese shell. A light layer is all you need here, use as much as you like. 

I like to thinly slice iceberg lettuce and finely dice tomatoes for the top. Remove the seeds to prevent the tomatoes from making the shells soggy.

Finally add the smaller shell over all the toppings. This helps secure everything and allows the larger shell to wrap over it fully. 

Add some oil to a pan (avocado oil works best here for a higher smoke point). Sear the seam first to help secure it. 

Once the bottom browns, flip it over an continue to sear the top. It should take a few minutes per side and heat through the middle. 

Repeat these steps until you make all your crunch wraps. Serve it up with a side of hot sauce, guacamole, and any other favorite toppings.
