Grilled Pumpkin Spice Chicken Wings

Cooking Tools Needed: – Paper Towels – Mixing Bowl – Tongs – Baking Sheet You can grill on charcoal, gas, or a pellet grill. Baking or air frying work too.

Start by mixing up the hot wing spice blend. This is a key part to the flavor profile. You need: - Pumpkin Pie Spice - Smoky Paprika – Dried Thyme – Red Pepper Flakes – Sea Salt

I like to season my wings and also add baking powder. This helps absorb extra moisture to get SUPER crispy skin. Pop back in the fridge for a few hours.

Once fully coated with the dry rub, preheat your grill to 250 F. and smoke them on indirect heat.

I cook my wings for about 1.5 hours to get good smoky flavor. Wings should be at least 165 F. but I think they taste best around 180-190F.

I like to serve these wings as is or with a little dusting of powdered sugar or even maple syrup. They are amazing with the sweet heat flavor combo!
