Start by making your chicken marinade. This is easy to make and worth the effort for the end result!

I like to incorporate fresh herbs and citrus (dill, lemon, etc) to help amplify the flavor.

Place the chicken pieces onto skewers and get them prepped for the grill.

Grill your chicken over medium heat (400 F.). Any grill will work for this recipe.

Grilling tips: Start with indirect heat first (cooler side) to cook your chicken and let the marinade set. Then put it over the flames (directly) to get color.
