“School” Supplies: – Grill (Optional) – 4×6 inch Casserole Dish or 6 inch Cast Iron Skillet – Mixing Bowl – Measuring Spoons – Rubber Spatula – Knife & Cutting Board

Rinse your crab meat and pat dry. Check for stray shell pieces.

Mix dried and fresh spices to help liven up pre-packed seafood (i.e. the crab)

Gather your fridge and pantry staple ingredients and a mixing bowl.

Combine everything in a bowl and mix by hand.

Place in a baking dish or cast iron pan. Smoke on the grill for 30 min (or bake if desired)
