Tool You'll Need: – Cast Iron Pan (or heavy bottom skillet) – Tongs – Mixing Bowl – Whisk – Knife and Cutting Board – Measuring cups/ Spoons – Skewers

Start by dicing your chicken into one inch pieces.

Combine the ingredients needed to make your satay chicken marinade.

Coat the chicken fully and marinade for at least 2 hours or more before cooking.

Place the chicken pieces onto skewers and set aside. (Smaller skewers work better)

Sear the chicken in the cast iron pan. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until done.

Cook in batches as to not over crowd the pan so you get a nice, beautiful sear!
