“School” Supplies: – Knife & Cutting Board – Container/ Plastic Bag  – Wooden Skewers – Tongs – Baking Sheet & Rack

Cut your chicken into 1 inch cubes (I used chicken thighs).

Coat the chicken in the marinade mixture and let sit minimum 30 minutes or overnight.

Place onto skewers and then on a cooling rack to reverse sear on the grill. This also works well in the oven.

I cook for 15 minutes like this on the grill so the marinade does NOT burn, but first sets.

Then cook the skewers over direct heat to get color, char, and some flavor from the grill. If baking, broil and watch closely.

Serve family style with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, etc. Serve with your favorite pitas if desired or lettuce for a Greek salad.
