Yes, in moderation! There is 1 cup (18 net carbs) of blueberries in this recipe. Spread that through 20 servings and its about 1 net carb per muffin.

Here's What You Need: – Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer – Mixing Bowl (if using a hand mixer) – Rubber Spatula – Measuring cups/ Spoons – Muffin Tins and liners

Start by mixing your butter and low carb sweetener together. Make sure you butter is softened, not melted.

Liners work best with this recipe. Fill each muffin liner until almost full.

Make the optional (but delicious) crumble topping.
