This chipotle honey inspired rib recipe is a perfect flavor combination to switch up classic pork ribs. Slightly sweet, a little acidic and tangy, and packed with some smoky heat you can’t not love.

Cooking Tools: – Baking Sheet – Tongs – Aluminum Foil – Spray Bottle – Sauce Brush – Measuring cups/ Spoons – Cutting Board and Knife

Start by removing the membrane and trimming your ribs if needed.

Cover with a thin layer of your chosen binder, then dry rub.

Place on your smoker for about 3 hours at 250 F. Spray them every 30-45 minutes to get a nice bark.

After 3 hours, wrap in foil with honey, chipotle BBQ sauce and a spritz of water. Wrap tightly and cook for about 2 more hours.

Unwrap for the last hour to tighten the bar back up. The last 30 minutes I add sauce. Sauce twice, 15 minutes apart.

Let them rest briefly before slicing and serving with additional sauce.
