Additional Ingredients: - Ground Beef - Onion & Garlic - Olive Oil - Paprika & Chili Powder - Tomato Sauce - Beef Broth - Heavy Cream

1. Start by pan frying your cauliflower gnocchi in your skillet. They do not need to boil first! Season with a little salt here too.

2. You want to cook until the gnocchi start to brown nicely on both sides. The browning is crucial to adding a better texture and flavor. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add more oil, your onion and garlic and cook until fragrant. Then add your ground beef and season with salt and pepper.

4. When the meat is browned, add the chili powder and paprika. Then deglaze your pan with the beef broth. Finally, add the tomato sauce and heavy cream.

5. The last step is to slowly add in the shredded cheese and mix it fully in until melted. The mixture should be slightly thick and creamy.

6. The mixture should look something like this (pictured below). Test taste to adjust your seasonings and then add in your cooked gnocchi you set aside.

7. Serve right out of your skillet with a little parsley (for color if desired). It's the perfect one skillet dish you can make in just 30 minutes!
